Where is my order?
Our standard shipping method is via USPS first class mail. It may take up to 10 business days for US orders to be delivered. Due to COVID all postal carriers have announced that no shipping times are guaranteed so no refunds will be given for lost, late or delayed packages. You and I are under the mercy of USPS
Can I return or exchange ?
we don’t accept returns or exchanges. We are a tiny business run by one designer. Returns and exchanges hurt our inventory.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the post?
Items are made to order, as such there will be slight variations in stone color and pattern
My jewelry broke, now what?
Oh no! We're sorry! It must be because you're loving it so much, right? We do basic repairs for free within the first six months of purchase. After that, there's a small fee. Please email us at
Can you custom make me a piece?
Absolutely ! We love to do custom orders. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we'll see if we can make it.

Why do I have to pay taxes?
We are required to collect taxes on all orders. We do not mess with the IRS!
What products are made in-house?
All of our jewelry are made in house by one person, Dima!
Care instructions
1. Remove your Dima Jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities, as prolonged contact with sweat will cause the plating to wear away.
2. Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
3.For light cleaning, gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching.
4. Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place(like as jewelry box)
5. Contact me if your piece needs to be fixed.
